Your tasks:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, mainly via email or chat
Providing assistance and information to customers working in the field of event management, which can be operational (explaining the functionality of various features of our software) or technical (testing, identifying errors and providing solutions)
Assisting in creating and formatting the content of our online knowledge base
Providing information about clients and their requirements to the management and the rest of the team
Identifying recurrent customer issues and escalating them to the relevant team.
What we expect from you:
30+ hours workweek
Mandatory advanced knowledge of English (B2 / C1)
Depending on your faculty degree, we consider these languages a plus:
Advanced knowledge of Spanish (B2 / C1)
Advanced knowledge of French (B2 / C1)
Advanced knowledge of Italian (B2 / C1)
Previous experience working in customer support or client-facing roles is an advantage
Basic understanding of troubleshooting, system configurations, or web technologies (e.g., APIs, databases, etc.) is a strong advantage
